Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to mainland UK.
What if my dog has an allergy?
Lots of our products are single ingredients/proteins, which is great news if your pet has allergies! As you are able to avoid the ingredient/protein they are allergic to.
Any queries about this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Some of our packaging is recyclable, at this moment in time our treat pouches are not. Although we are working hard to find a suitable alternative- watch this space!
How long will my order take to dispatch?
We aim to dispatch an order within 5 days of purchase. If it will take longer for any reasons, we will get in contact to let you know.
Are your treats suitable for puppies?
Lots of our treats are suitable for puppies ages 12 weeks and over, however this may vary. Please check the description of the treats to double check.
Can I get a full refund?
We're sorry to hear your not happy with your products. Please get in contact to arrange a full refund or exchange.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.
1- R&R Dog Treats has the right to cancel any order. Full refunds will be given in this case.
2- Customers have the right to cancel their order, but only before it has been dispatched by R&R Dog Treats. If the order has been dispatched no refund will be given.
3- In the event your order does not arrive, R&R Dog Treats must be informed within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. Any time after this R&R Dog Treats will not accept any responsibility and no refund will be given.
4- If your order does not arrive, R&R Dog Treats will first send a replacement. Refunds will not be given if your order goes missing.
5- R&R Dog Treats cannot be held accountable for any delays with delivery after order is dispatched.
6- Whilst R&R Dog Treats takes precautions to make sure our treats are healthy for your furry friends. R&R Dog Treats takes no responsibility for any allergies your dog may have. It is the sole responsibility of the owner to ensure the treats are suitable and safe for your pet.
7- R&R Dog treats products are sold with the intention of being consumed by dogs as part of a healthy balanced diet. They are not sold with the intention to be fed to humans or other pets.
